What is delivered
Krenzo is a digital service delivered entirely over the internet. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. Your purchase provides access to the Krenzo API together with the monthly credit allowance stated on your plan.
When access begins
Access is provisioned immediately on successful payment — typically within a few seconds. Your API key and the updated credit limit are available in your dashboard as soon as the payment is confirmed.
If access does not appear
Payment confirmation can occasionally lag by a few minutes. If your plan has not upgraded within 30 minutes of payment, contact support with your subscription reference and we will resolve it the same business day.
Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the mandate you authorized at checkout. Credits reset at the start of each period. We email a receipt on every successful charge.
Service availability
The API is intended to be available continuously. Planned maintenance is announced in advance on our status page, and we aim to schedule it outside peak hours.
