What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, company), billing information handled by our payment processor, and operational logs of API usage — timestamps, endpoint, credit count, and response status.
Query content
Search queries are processed to serve the request and retained for a short operational window to debug failures and detect abuse. They are not used to train models and are not sold or shared with advertisers.
Retention
Operational logs are kept for 30 days. Account records persist while your account is open and for a limited period afterward where tax or accounting rules require it.
Your rights
You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@krenzo.in. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Subprocessors
We use third-party providers for hosting, payments, and error monitoring. A current list is available on request and updated before any material change.
