What a call buys
- Search
- Ranked web results with snippets. `deep` also returns the extracted page contents, so your agent doesn't make a second round trip.
- Extract
- Any URL to clean markdown, boilerplate stripped. Charged per URL — a 20-URL call is 20 calls.
- Answer
- A grounded answer with citations, assembled from live sources.
Same latency, same index, same rate limits for every account. There is no faster tier being held back from you.
Questions
How is usage charged?
A flat $0.80 per call, deducted from your prepaid balance — search, extract, and answer alike. Extract is charged per URL, so a 20-URL call is $16.00. Failed requests aren't billed.
Why one price for everything?
So you can predict a month's bill from a call count, with no per-endpoint arithmetic. Some calls cost us more to serve than others — a page that needs a real browser costs us an order of magnitude more than a plain fetch — and that variance is ours to absorb, not yours to model.
What happens when I run out?
Calls return a 402 with your remaining balance until you top up. Nothing is deleted and your API keys stay valid — add credits and requests resume immediately.
Do credits expire?
No. Prepaid credits stay on your account indefinitely. There's no monthly reset and no use-it-or-lose-it deadline.
Is there a subscription?
No. There's nothing to cancel, no recurring mandate on your card, and no plan to outgrow. You buy credits when you want them.
What currency am I charged in?
Credits are bought and settled in INR. USD figures are shown at a fixed reference rate of ₹88/USD and are indicative — the amount that reaches your card is the rupee figure.
